As a small family-owned operation, we keep things simple and straightforward. Over our 15 years of guiding trips, we've only had to cancel once because we always find a way to enjoy the outdoors. Our only terms and conditions involve our cancellation policy and the requirement to sign a liability document. We believe in clear communication and prioritize your safety and satisfaction above all else.
Cancellations :

Once your trip has commenced, there are no refunds for any reason, including bad weather. This includes individuals or groups that return before their period of hire has finished.
Cancellation policy for up to 4 kayaks
- Cancellations 60+ days before renting will receive a full refund
- Cancellations between 30 and 60 days before renting will receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations within 30 days before the departure will receive no refund
Cancellation policy for 5+ kayaks
- Cancellations 90+ days before renting will receive a full refund
- Cancellations between 60 and 90 days before renting will receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations within 60 days before the departure will receive no refund
Participant Responsibilities:
Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet any physical or skill requirements specified for the trip.
It is the participant's responsibility to inform the company of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requests in advance of the trip.
Participants are expected to adhere to safety guidelines and instructions provided by guides or staff during the trip.
Liability Waiver:
All participants are required to sign a liability waiver before participating in the trip. This waiver releases the company and its affiliates from liability for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the trip.
Participants acknowledge the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities and agree to take full responsibility for their own safety.
Trip Modifications:
The company reserves the right to modify or cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings.
In the event of trip modifications or cancellations initiated by the company, reasonable efforts will be made to notify participants in advance and provide alternative options or refunds.
Equipment Rental and Use:
Participants renting equipment from the company are responsible for its proper use and care during the trip.
Any damage to rental equipment beyond normal wear and tear may result in additional charges.
Insurance:
Participants are encouraged to obtain travel insurance to cover any unexpected emergencies or trip cancellations.
Privacy Policy:
The company respects the privacy of its customers and will only use personal information collected for trip-related purposes. Personal information will not be shared with third parties without consent.
Miscellaneous:
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and the company, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
The company reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants are encouraged to review the terms periodically for any changes.
